Corn Exchange, Lincoln

Built in 1879 and grade II listed, the Corn Exchange was established as a market trading hall and more recently as a department store.

The project involved the restoration and conversion of the building to provide retail and restaurant space with the addition of a rear extension creating a total floor area in excess of 25,000ft2.
