Country House Refurbishment, Derbyshire

A fine stone built Grade II 17th C country house located in Derbyshire. The contract involved the renewal of the stone flagged roof coverings and associated repairs to the oak roof structure, renewal of rainwater goods and minor repairs to stone elevations.

The internal work comprised the sympathetic conversion of the attic space into additional bedroom and bathroom accommodation, as well as improvements to the house plumbing and heating systems.
