Elvaston Castle Country Park, Derbyshire

Set in extensive landscaped pleasure grounds, Elvaston Castle is a significant grade II* country house with 17^th Century origins and substantially remodelled in the 19^th Century.

An essential repairs report for the house and surrounding gardens with associated costings was prepared for the benefit of the Derbyshire County Council and English Heritage. Subsequent costs studies have also been prepared for improvements and rejuvenation of the park and buildings.
