Epworth Old Rectory, North Lincolnshire

Built in 1709, the Old Rectory was the family home of Samuel Wesley. His son, John Wesley, went on to found the Methodist Church. The building is now run as a museum to the family and church.

Budget estimates were prepared for repairs, alterations and new building works.
