Cornhill Quarter, Lincoln

The project represents phase two of Lincolnshire Co-operative’s ambitious re-development of the Cornhill Quarter within the city of Lincoln. The historic facade was retained and new modern retail space constructed behind in order to create five new retail units. In addition the street and pavements were upgraded to link into the improved spaces completed during the Corn Exchange phase one scheme.
